A: Digital printing has no plate or screen setup fees, making it cost-effective for complex, full-color designs and low-to-mid volume orders (500-2,000 pcs). Screen printing requires a one-time screen fee per color but offers lower per-unit cost at higher volumes (3,000+ pcs) and slightly better color saturation on certain fabrics. We’ll recommend the optimal method based on your order quantity and design complexity.

Q2: How do you control color accuracy across production batches?

A: We use Pantone Solid Coated (C) standards for all solid color panels. For printed items, we produce a printed fabric strike-off for your written approval before bulk cutting. During production, we perform spot-color checks against the approved strike-off at regular intervals. We accept a standard Pantone color deviation within commercial tolerance.

Q3: What is your standard lead time, and can it be expedited?

A: Standard lead time is 35-55 days after sample approval and deposit receipt, depending on order quantity and complexity. For urgent orders, we can expedite to 30 days subject to production line availability.
